Company Profile

365 Facilities Management P/L (365 FM) was created as a vehicle to deliver a wider range of facility services to both existing and new clients.

Originally established as a provider of primarily cleaning services to supermarkets, warehouses and other commercial and retail businesses, we soon saw an opportunity to 'upsell' to our customers by offering a wider range of facility maintenance services such as pressure cleaning, high cleans, landscaping, carpet cleaning, window cleaning (high & low) and many other similar trade services. 365 FM has now expanded its services to include almost all trades, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, handyman and fencing.

365 FM currently employs over 500 staff nationally with State and/or Regional Managers permanently based in all States and Territories. Our Senior Management Team has over 90 years' experience in both the Cleaning and Facility Management industries. Along with this experience, our innovative approach to providing efficient and effective procedures and processes ensures 365 FM delivers a quality service each and every time. 365 FM has an excellent IT based support system, through which we can monitor, assess and implement new strategies as and when required.

Business Units

Facility Management

The 365 Facility arm provides facility services to existing clients and, via our BDM's, new businesses. Our growth in this market has grown exponentially over the last 6 months with new clientele coming on board from a range of industries including Resorts, Real Estate, Distribution Centres and Retail.

Business Development

365 FM currently has BDM's based in Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland with South Australia also on the agenda within the next 6 months. The Primary role for these BDM's is to source new business as well as working with existing clients and assessing possible opportunities to expand the current role we have with them.

Business Development - Assets

This role requires the BD Asset Manager to identify opportunities within the 365 Asset arm and apply strategic initiatives to add or increase growth on a long term basis.

365 Operations

This team, led by our Operations Managers consists of State & Regional Managers as well as site Supervisors, is the backbone of our business as they are responsible for the successful day to day operations of our cleaning business by liaising with clients and staff ensuring any issues, no matter the difficulty is resolved effectively, efficiently and permanently.

Safety Is Paramount

365FM Commercial Cleaning recognises its responsibility to provide a safe work environment for your employees, clients and visitors, and for our employees. Cleaning for health and safety requires careful planning and execution of appropriate cleaning methods, specific to each individual site. We ensure all cleaning staff are instructed in the various health and safety aspects, in line with the requirements of the Occupational Health and Safety Act.

Workplace Health and Safety at 365FM is a high priority and compliance with the relevant legislation is of paramount importance. 365FM's safety management program is designed to meet our internal safety program, whilst seamlessly integrating with the requirements of our client's safety policies and procedures.

A site specific Workplace Health and Safety Manual and Safe Work Methods is provided to every customer's site prior to the commencement of each contract. Before the commencement of new contracts or new tasks, full Risk Assessments are undertaken to ensure and potential hazards are identified and the necessary control measures are established. All required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as well as corporate uniform are provided to all team members.
